Buckingham Companies and Onyx+East have broken ground on Mural Brownsburg, the first build-to-rent community in Brownsburg, Indiana. This joint venture will bring 165 maintenance-free, single-family rental homes designed for modern living. Featuring 3- and 4-bedroom layouts with private outdoor spaces, residents will enjoy the benefits of homeownership without the burdens of maintenance. Amenities include walking paths, a clubhouse, and a pool. Leasing begins in October 2025, with a model home available for tours in late fall.
