I'm excited to announce that Ed Usalis has joined our valuation team. Ed’s career includes over twenty years of experience providing business valuation and financial advisory services. He has prepared business valuations for various purposes, including federal gift and estate tax and estate planning, employee stock ownership plans, financial reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Ed has a Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University and a Master of Arts and Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University. He holds the Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He is an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers and a Business Certified Appraiser of the International Society of Business Appraisers. He frequently speaks and writes on issues pertaining to valuation.?Ed has also testified in valuation-related legal matters.
