In this vital role, Tom is responsible for ensuring BTX's business units are manufacturing complex mechanical components with the precision, quality, and high-standards industrial businesses desire...and in the timeframe they need it. Tom brings nearly thirty years of experience and operational excellence in machining and manufacturing to the BTX business units. He spent more than twenty years at GEN-EL-MEC ASSOCIATES, LLC where he played a vital role in the organization's tremendous growth. A key to his success is his ability to lead by example while managing and developing highly skilled and engaged teams. He brings a wealth of practical experience in machining and process design and optimization particularly within the aerospace, defense, and semiconductor marketplaces. We're pleased to introduce another BTX Leadership team member, Jonathan Michalczyk. Jonathan is BTX Precision's EVP of Legal, Compliance, and Integration. As part of his role, Jonathan leads the M&A and integration functions at BTX as well as providing legal and compliance support to the BTX Business Units. Having previously served in a similar capacity at the ERA Industries, Jonathan leverages the BTX platform to partner with the other Business Units to interlock efforts and provide functional area support. ? Jonathan brings to BTX his previous experience in counseling ERA Industries and its affiliated entities through previous acquisitions, restructurings, and strategic pivots. He also gained experience obtaining alignment with various stakeholder groups during his previous work at PWC - Poland where he advised international and local businesses how to execute on their strategies in the Polish energy market. ? Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Loyola University Chicago- School of Law, and a BA in International Affairs & Economics from the George Washington University Elliot School of International Affairs.
