New terms for Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) contract termination. ?? ? In response to the analogue switch-off date moving to January 2027 ???, Openreach announced in May 2024 that any remaining WLR contracts at the end of December 2025 would be terminated and replaced with new terms. These new terms will include a three-month termination period. In July 2024, Openreach issued contract notifications (as previously indicated) to all WLR providers with an effective date of 31 December 2025. Any continuation of services after that will be on new terms, conditions and charges. You should continue to migrate your customers at pace, to minimise any impact on their user experience. Please note: Any associated broadband service (ADSL or FTTC) will be terminated when the underlying WLR service ends, as per business-as-usual processes. This will happen even if you’re not the ‘owner’ of that underlying WLR service and/or the broadband service. #ProductBriefing #DigitalMigration #WLR

Pre-Digital Phone Line (PDPL) sales window has been extended?to the end of August 2025. ??? This gives our Wholesale customers, a further five months over the previous deadline to to finalise and submit their PDPL orders. August 31st now becomes the final day that BT Business will consider taking an order for the solution. The intent is to support the telecoms industry and wholesale customers through this migration process to PDPL.
