NOW hiring for Payroll Specialist! This position is responsible for processing high volume employee payroll and for assisting in all payroll related functions for 190-215 employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recent, high-volume payroll experience and excellent communication skills. Duties Include: ·????????Process weekly payroll ·????????Audit time sheets and verify all data for accuracy ·????????Certified Wages and Reports, prior experience with LCP Tracker preferred ·????????Experience processing OCIP reporting ·????????Experience processing payroll tax payments ·????????Experience processing payroll tax returns; Occupational, State, Federal ·????????Demonstrate confidentiality in dealing with all employee information ·????????Provide excellent customer service in resolving employee questions ·????????Comply with all payroll policies and laws ·????????Perform other accounting duties such as journal entries and AP processing Requirements: ·????????3-5 Years of recent payroll experience ·????????Strong computer experience - Viewpoint Vista software a plus ·????????Working knowledge of accounting functions and laws related to payroll ·????????Certified payroll experience ·????????Proficient in Excel and Word ·????????Strong Communication Skills ·????????Must maintain a high level of accuracy ·????????Detail oriented and comfortable in a deadline driven environment ·????????Able to work independently ·????????Must maintain high level of confidentiality Pay – Salary position, pay based on experience ($65,000-$85,000) Employment – Full Time Pre-employment drug test and background check required We offer an excellent benefit package and a fun atmosphere.
