Time for Clubs: Corporate Digital Responsibility and HFTP Task Force Hospitality Analytics and Innovation Lab (HAI-Lab) is very proud to announce another great and innovative movement of Corporate Digital Responsibility and Digital Code of Conduct and Best Practices for Clubs with Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP?). From members, a club gathers and stores data on guests’ spending and purchase preferences. From the back-of-the-house, a club has systems in scheduling, payroll, reservation, energy management, etc., collecting data points from both members and employees.?In the digital age, it is now time for us to think about how Clubs manage and use digital data and technologies for club members in a responsible and sustainable manner. You can find more details about this interesting and essential club industry-focused initiative here Clubs Online March Issue "Corporate Digital Responsibility Code for Clubs: Non-negotiable in the Digital Age" co-authored by Agnes DeFranco and Minwoo Lee: https://lnkd.in/gjXV2E7V To discuss CDR for Clubs, we will have an inaugural Task Force Team Meeting at HFTP's Club Summit 2025 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on March 25, 2025.
