BSA, along with Adigital, CCIA Europe, Global Data Alliance, Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), and Zwi?zek Przedsi?biorców i Pracodawców / Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers, is calling on the European Commission to revise its draft rules for how businesses share and access data under the Data Act. The proposed contract terms are too complex, unclear, and could even clash with existing laws like GDPR.
