?? New Project Alert! ?? Houston Methodist has awarded Rogers-O'Brien the construction of the new Cinco Ranch Comprehensive Care Center in Richmond, TX. Partnering with BSA LifeStructures, this 3-story, 65,760 SF facility will feature departments such as Imaging, PT/OT, Same Day Clinic, Lab, Blood Draw, Orthopedics, Specialty Care, and Primary Care. This center will bring much-needed medical services to the area, and we are proud to be part of building a better Texas. Stay tuned as we bring this project to life!
Architects and planners typically rely on past experiences and exclusive methods to determine the allocation of space and planning costs. However, the actual space allocations and physical attributes of laboratory and workplace environments require further exploration, highlighting the need for more research.
