While waiting for assistance, the patient was pleasantly surprised when Gisselle—who typically works at the front desk—knocked on their door, eager to help. Her cheerful attitude and willingness to step in when others were busy didn’t go unnoticed. The next day, the patient was delighted to learn that Gisselle would be their tech, calling her a "breath of fresh air" and "a jewel."
