Our VP of Human Resources, Marisol, recently spoke to students at the Energy and Ag Academy hosted by the Kern County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The students gained insights into the oil and gas industry, learned about various career opportunities within the industry, and received valuable tips on interviewing and developing their resumes. At this year's Taft College Foundation's Cougar Cookout, Berry came in as an Honor Flight Sponsor. We sponsored Mike DeCant who was in the US Arny from 1969-1971 where he was stationed in Long Binh, Vietnam. Mike returned from his Honor Flight earlier this month where he traveled to Washington D.C. to visit all the memorials. Results are in! Our industry raised an impressive 174,000 pounds during this year’s Oil Can Do It! campaign benefitting the Golden Empire Gleaners. A big thank you to the companies who participated on Team API SJV and a special shoutout to Berry Corporation, Sentinel Peak Resources, and Crimson Resource Management Corp for their valuable partnership on this campaign.
