We had a close competition yesterday with the Statics class's balsa bridges. Each team built a tress style bridge that had to hold 20 kg (about 44 lb) of weight without breaking. Jordan Guitierrez & Michael Shepherd's bridge (Vols/Roll Tide) placed 1st by holding 50.5 kg (about 111 lb) without breaking!
