BRX Performance is a sports performance facility in the Greater Milwaukee area that works with all athletes but specializes in baseball-specific training. Rather than having everyone on the same cookie-cutter program, we take all new athletes through a comprehensive joint-by-joint assessment and create individualized strength programs based off of their sport, goals, strengths, and weaknesses.

"I have a start tomorrow, what should I do for a lift?" Here is a full lift that we did with one of our athletes to help keep him fresh for his start the next day: 1. Barbell bench from pins 2. Band-assisted plyo push ups 3. Rotational press-pull 4. Prone T to Y 5. Banded KB swings ?? Low volume, high intent reps and trying to move weight fast ?? Short and sweet lift (took about 30-45mins)

Try these push-ups on a box: ??Build strength through that range of motion If you want to OWN a range of motion and be able to use it within the throw, you need to have STRENGTH/STABILITY within that range of motion. You will not get that just by static stretching all the time.
