Saudi Arabia is planning to build a 110 mile car-less city that will be connected by a high speed train that will travel from one end to the other in 20 minutes. Most cities?sprawl out in circles, and the thought is that The Line would have low environmental impact. That may not be the case though, according to a research team from Austria. They feel a new planned circular city would be more efficient.
