Chris boasts a distinguished career in the insurance industry, beginning his journey in 2004 after being honorably discharged from the United States Army. Over the years, Chris has handled over ten thousand catastrophe claims, flood claims, daily claims, and complex commercial losses, showcasing his comprehensive expertise and commitment to excellence in every facet of his work. Recently, Chris went above and beyond to assist our clients affected by the aftermath of Helene and Milton. When a client submitted a claim from a location unreachable by car or four-wheeler, Chris hiked 11 miles to ensure the policyholder's needs were addressed during their critical time of need. This act exemplifies Chris's character, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team.
