This role is based in Boston and will be Strategizing and Executing across the Brand Channels + Special Projects for the CEO. Extensive experience in building and scaling high-impact brands across major platforms--Meta, X, Instagram, and TikTok and YouTube ??♂? Her passion for treasure hunting (antique shopping), mushroom foraging, knitting and CrossFit ?? keeps her constantly learning new things. “I love the thrill of searching for something or creating something!” says Nicole. But what really stands out is how Nicole brings these skills and passions to her work at BRUNT. “All my hobbies translate into skills I bring to BRUNT,” “Treasure hunting helps me constantly search for new trends and technologies, foraging teaches me to research and understand different approaches, knitting improves my attention to detail in fabrication and pattern-making ?? , and CrossFit pushes me to try new things and encourages others to do the same.” Thank you Nicole for inspiring us with your enthusiasm for discovery, your creativity, and your relentless pursuit of growth! Have you been following our Employee Spotlights this week? Next-up...Ben Hornak, a valuable member of our BRUNT team who brings passion and dedication to everything he does! Ben's golf journey started at 13 or 14 ???♂? when he picked up the game while playing with his dad. From there, he worked at various golf courses and country clubs throughout high school and college, where his love for the game truly took off. Not only did he get the benefit of free golf, but he also created lasting memories on the course, meeting and assisting retired professional athletes like Jason Kelce, Mike Piazza, and Brad Lidge. ?? So, what does Ben love most about the game? "Golf is a sport I can enjoy for the rest of my life, no matter my age or skill level. It’s also a great way to stay connected with others and maintain friendships. The feeling of being outdoors on the course is always refreshing, and it’s the perfect way to unwind after a long week,” Ben says. ?? What’s even more impressive is how Ben applies the lessons he’s learned on the course to his work at BRUNT. "One key lesson I’ve learned from golf is that there’s always room for improvement," Ben explains. "No matter how confident I feel about my game, there’s always something I can work on—whether it’s putting, scoring, or course management. I’ve carried this mindset over to my work at BRUNT, constantly looking for ways to improve our operations as the company grows, and always striving to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.” ?? We’re excited to highlight another incredible member of our team – Emilee Walch! When she’s not helping drive success at BRUNT, she’s diving deep into her passion for ocean conservation. ?? “As long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about ocean conservation and the opportunity to experience the ocean up close and personal through diving was something I always knew I wanted to do,” she shares. What Emilee loves most about diving? “Everything looks and sounds different underwater. Things slow down in a way that, for me at least, is very meditative and calming. It’s a privilege to witness marine animals and organisms in their natural habitats.” ? Her experience in diving also shapes her work at BRUNT. “Scuba diving teaches you patience. When you're 60-100 feet under water, panicking is often the fastest path to injuring yourself or someone else. The ability to take a step back, assess a situation, and find a viable path forward comes into play every day at BRUNT,” Emilee explains. “Our small but mighty team is moving fast and solving new problems every day that require both a level head and a bit of creativity.” ?? Outside of BRUNT, Brian has a deep love for baseball that started when he was just 8 years old. ? It all began when his dad took him to his first game, and he was hooked! The excitement of the game, the sights, the sounds, and even the smell of the food – it was an experience that sparked a lifelong passion. ??? “I’ve since become a season ticket holder, and my favorite thing is just getting to share the sport I enjoy with the people I care about most,” Brian says. Brian ties his love of baseball back to work here at BRUNT. Both baseball and customer service require a sense of teamwork, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Whether it’s the unpredictable moments on the field or managing customer experiences, Brian brings his A-game every day to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. ?
