?? Celebrating Marvin Miller’s Retirement ?? After over 20 incredible years in the industry, Marvin Miller, our Greater Billings Business Advisor, is retiring at the end of March. Since joining BRUCO in 2018, Marvin has been an invaluable part of our team, helping Montanans overcome cleaning challenges with his wealth of knowledge, hard work, and signature sense of humor. Covering central Montana, Marvin has spent decades tackling everything from floor care challenges to offering simple, effective cleaning tips that make a difference. Marvin has always been an early riser, cherishing the peace and quiet of the open road as he started his day. "I enjoy the routine of seeing my customers, and when their faces light up because they are happy to see me, it's a real joy." Marvin's dedication and friendly approach have made a lasting impact on the clients and communities he’s served. Outside of work, Marvin stays busy with yard work, practicing his violin, and passionately (and sometimes painfully!) cheering on his favorite team, the Minnesota Vikings. Meet Ryan Johnston, our latest employee in the spotlight! Ryan wears several hats at BRUCO. He’s a field technician and the lead technician for our OCURB Equipment Leasing Program. That means he’s the main contact for field service calls and equipment questions. He also advises customers on when to repair and maintain their cleaning equipment and when to replace it. Ryan’s main goal? Helping customers make the best decisions with the lowest impact on their budgets. “The best part of my day is making something work again and saving customers time and headaches,” Ryan explains. He also enjoys connecting with his regular clients and meeting new people all over Montana, Wyoming, and beyond. When he’s not at work, you can typically find Ryan somewhere in the great outdoors—camping, traversing the mountains, or simply sitting on his porch, taking in the beautiful mountain views.
