Here's how Browserbase / Paul Klein IV hacked the algorithm on LinkedIn (& Twitter) feeds to get "more reach than they deserved" on their launch 2 weeks ago: 1. Bundled release (OSS + SDKs + Product Updates + Fundraise + SOC2/HIPAA + Rebrand) Capturing engagement is key to getting algorithmic attention, so instead of spreading out announcements to have posts over time, Browserbase made one big post that had something for everyone to engage with. Most people don't care about your fundraise, SOC 2, or rebrand, so when you post about them they don't get the attention needed to reach the people who do care. Bundling is a "1+1=3" move. 2. Coordination. Every employee, shareholder, and friend of Browserbase / Paul knew the date and time of this announcement and was specifically asked to engage by commenting, liking, and reposting. Social platforms heavily weight comments in their sharing algorithms, so this coordination can quickly amplify a post. It's easy to ask for help yet I've never seen a founder do it like this. 3. Patience & Focus. Most technical founders I've met can't focus on non-product initiatives for very long, but this go-to-market effort took 60+ days of work from the team. Take the time you need and avoid shiny objects along the way. Honorable mention: Customer evidence. Browserbase regularly amplifies users talking about using their products on social platforms, each time gaining good will and a handful of followers. They're still small on X & LI, but have a stronger presence than many b2b devtools of similar size. BTW, this team of ten people published six customer stories on the day of their announcement to better capture the demand they brought in... pretty damn impressive!
