?? Thankful for such an inspiring Camp CREW Fall Leadership Retreat with IndyCREW! ?? Yesterday, our incredible IndyCREW board members and co-chairs came together for a productive Fall Leadership Retreat at the beautiful Girl Scout Camp Dellwood. We spent the day focusing on strategic planning for 2025, diving deep into our Belbin Team Reports, and having meaningful discussions to set the course for a Legacy Year ahead. But it wasn’t all work! We also had a blast together with fun activities like archery, hiking, and air rifle target shooting—reminding us of the power of collaboration and the importance of balance between strategy and connection. ????? I am beyond grateful to be stepping into the role of President in 2025 and feel truly honored to lead this amazing group of women who are passionate about driving positive change in our community.
