We recently had our 2025 Forecasting meeting where our team met to review our projected year-end 2024 numbers, system improvements from lead generation to escrow management, team architecture needs and 2025 targets. This is by far my favorite meeting of the year. Prioritizing working “on” the business vs “in” the business is critical for growth, regardless of your tenure in the business!
