Meanwhile, the Department of Justice just called out "misleading claims" about its take on Clear Cooperation in a supplemental statement of interest. On page 7, footnote 2 it reads,"Of note, industry participants have made public statements about the Division's purported position on clear cooperation policies that are misleading and out of context.
