Senior Living: Sonrisa Senior Living Phase II – A 135,000-square-foot, two-story community in Roseville, CA, offering 144 contemporary units for assisted living and memory care, designed to meet the specific needs of residents. Project Update: Completed! ?? Wihne da Puchuma da Kewe, meaning “Medicine and Healing House” in the native Patwin language of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, now stands as Yolo County’s newest healthcare and community center. This impressive two-story, 26,000-SF facility includes 13,000 squares feet dedicated to community benefit services, featuring a large community room, a kitchen, and essential office spaces. The 11,000-SF OSHPD Level III health center offers medical and dental offices, examination rooms, a medical laboratory, and a pharmacy. Additionally, the 2.4-acre site development includes a parking lot for visitors and staff. It’s a beautiful new space dedicated to health, healing, and community! ????????
