Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of hosting our monthly walkthrough of The Reserve on Park, an impressive 187-unit, age-restricted multi-family affordable housing development. Located on the north side of Fort Wayne, Indiana, adjacent to the Parkview Regional Hospital campus, this project showcases our commitment to creating vibrant and inclusive communities. The Reserve on Park will offer a variety of living options, including studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments, along with fantastic amenities such as community lounge spaces, a game room, a fitness center, and a conferencing/touchdown area. The exterior amenities will include private courtyards, dog park and several walking paths. To celebrate the project's promising future, we enjoyed a fun-filled evening at a Tin Caps game with our partners at Leo Brown Group and Brown Capital Group.
