BCT provides fixed route bus, express, community shuttles and paratransit – door-to-door – services in Broward County. Our mission is to provide safe and reliable transportation solutions that link people, connect communities, support employment, and contribute to the overall economic growth of our region. Our fixed route service is the easiest and most affordable and economical way to travel throughout Broward County and our express bus service provides free commuter park and ride locations and travels along the major interstate highways to Miami on weekdays during morning and afternoon peak travel hours. We provide links to Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties transit systems, and to Tri-Rail (commuter rail service). Fixed routes provide connections to our community’s multimodal transportation network, as well as system-wide connections at four transfer terminals: Broward Central Terminal (downtown Fort Lauderdale), West Regional Terminal (Plantation), Lauderhill Transit Center (Lauderhill) and Northeast Transit Center (Pompano Beach). Customer Service Representatives are available at 954-357-8400 (TTY 954-357-8302) to provide trip-planning assistance for bus services and Paratransit-TOPS until 8:00 PM and resume at 6:00 AM on Friday, November 29. Staff is available at the Broward Main Terminal in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and the Lauderhill Transit Center in Lauderhill from 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM. The Northeast Transit Center in Pompano Beach will be closed. No Breeze or Express Bus services on Thanksgiving Day.
