ICYMI- Brothers helping homeowners in Weld County: Brothers expanding its Home Modification and Repair Program to help income-qualified homeowners maintain their homes in the Town of Erie. The program has been expanding along the northern I-25 corridor in recent years, as the Towns of Frederick and Firestone have teamed with Brothers on similar programs. https://lnkd.in/giGmwcCw

We’re thrilled to announce that Brothers Redevelopment has received a $300,000 grant from KeyBank to support our Community Aging in Place – Advancing Better Living for Elders (CAPABLE) Program! ????? CAPABLE is designed to help low-income seniors continue living comfortably and safely in their own homes. Through this program, we provide minor home safety improvements, such as installing grab bars, improving lighting, and enhancing accessibility features. Each CAPABLE client works with occupational therapists and registered nurses to assess their unique needs and implement solutions that reduce the risk of falls and improve overall home functionality. ???? This generous grant will enable us to expand CAPABLE from the Pikes Peak region to the Denver metro area, bringing these crucial services to even more older adults in need.
