It was a pleasure to welcome back Kazufumi Ikeda (Kaz), President of Brother Industries, Ltd. (BIL) and our own former President of Brother International Corporation (BIC) for an engaging “Koffee With Kaz” ask-me-anything session with our employees. In this session, Kaz noted his appreciation for embracing a “One Brother” mindset and shared how BIC and BIL can continue to work together with two-way communication and partnership. During his visit, Kaz also participated in our annual Leadership Summit, where he spoke to our leaders about his own career journey at Brother, challenged everyone to discover new business and avenues for growth, and reflected on what our At Your Side motto has meant to him through the years and how much it still holds true today for our customers, employees, and communities. We are grateful for Kaz’s leadership and the strong relationship between Brother Americas and Brother Japan.

Batter Up! Our Bartlett, TN team came together for an unforgettable series of softball games, and it was a perfect reminder of what makes our team so special. The series came about organically, driven by employees who wanted to compete and have fun together. It was wonderful seeing employees' families cheering along from the stands, making these moments truly memorable! From the first pitch to the last play, our softball series allowed us to build connections and stay active as a team. ??

This Veteran’s Day, we pause to honor and thank those who have served our country. At Brother, we are privileged to be hosting a webinar featuring Robin Dreeke, a Naval Academy Graduate, veteran Marine Corps Officer of Parris Island, and retired Chief of the FBI Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program. Robin will share powerful lessons from his time in the Marine Corps Boot Camp, including insights on leadership, team-building, and trust. We remain committed to supporting and uplifting our veterans—those who are part of our team and those who served across the nation.

Happy Halloween from Brother! ?? Our office-based employees embraced the spooky spirit by wearing their costumes to work, while our remote team members celebrated from home, sharing their festive looks virtually! While our NJ office completes renovations, our Spectrum Employee Resource Group (dedicated to LGBTQ+ employee engagement) took the opportunity to come together offsite and host a Halloween Social, complete with a costume contest! This October, our employees have demonstrated their commitment to supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. In addition to hearing from our inspiring guest speaker from the American Cancer Society, team members participated in Pink Wednesdays, wearing their favorite pink outfits as a simple yet powerful way to stand together in solidarity. Our Total Wellness Challenge further encouraged employees to take proactive steps in their health journeys. Among them, we motivated employees to take action by scheduling breast cancer screenings, reinforcing the importance of early detection.
