Thank you to the Barbara C. Wilson Preschool Parent Association for providing us with this thoughtful and creative BCW Family Tree! ?? The tree's foliage will change with the seasons ?????? And the students will have the opportunity to take part in this project by coloring the leaves. For autumn, the students created fall foliage using many materials including markers, glitter and tissue paper. Thank you to BCW parent Teri Heller for decorating the tree! Marcus Avenue honored Mr. Fred Rogers this week by wearing warm and colorful cardigans on World Kindness Day. The gesture was a tribute to the beloved host of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, known for his signature cardigans. Mr. Rogers touched the hearts of millions with his timeless messages of kindness, empathy, and understanding, making both children and adults feel seen and valued.

The results of our Barbara C. Wilson Preschool Pink Pumpkin Contest are in! ???First place goes to the BCW office staff. ???Second place goes to Classroom 3 ???Third place goes to the Music and Movement Department As part of the contest, BCW staff paid $1 for each vote, raising $240 for breast cancer research. This was a creative way to spread #BreastCancerAwareness while raising money for a very worthy cause! #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth

Students at the Children’s Education Center enjoyed a magical day filled with fall fun and festivity at Wheatley Farms and Arts Center. More Halloween fun at the Children’s Residential Program! The boys residing at Lido Beach hosted a Trunk or Treat! Staff members and family decorated the trunks of their car and handed out candy, as the boys and girls went trick or treating with their friends! ??????
