We are deeply grateful for Donna’s invaluable contributions and dedication during her tenure since 2019. It has been our absolute honor to have worked with Donna. ?She not only provided outstanding HR Solutions for our clients, ?she served as a mentor and coach to the Brooks & Nelson team. ? We wish her all the best in her retirement endeavors of spending time with her grandchildren, traveling with her husband, and other adventures that cross her path.? ? In her place, we are excited to welcome Maureen Breeze to the Board of Advisors. Maureen brings a wealth of experience and expertise in executive coaching and leadership training. Brooks & Nelson wishes the Colorado School of Mines team great success at the Goodman Gold Challenge this week. ? M. Stephen Enders, our Executive Chairman, is the coach for the Golden Metal Advisors, who are participating this week in the Goodman Gold Challenge at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario.?The Golden Metal Advisors include Alexandra Nickle, Jack Cremona, Felipe del Castillo - senior mining engineering students, and Peter Kozlowski - a senior geological engineering student.??Steve and the Team participated in a tour of the Norcat training mine in Sudbury as part of the event.?? ? The Goodman Gold Challenge is a competition where 11 undergraduate teams from universities in Canada and the United States compete for the equivalent of four ounces of gold.?The students will evaluate the investment potential of three mining companies currently trading on the TSX or TSX-V and recommend a single company for investment to their?clients. The GGC provides students with a real-life experience, putting their academic credentials to a vital test.??Students will interview three mining company CEOs about their company's current and projected financial strength and why it belongs on their Tier 1 client list.?They will meet with real industry analysts to review their work and will provide advice, mimicking a financial firm obtaining advice from an exterior consultant. The competition offers multiple opportunities for students to network with CEOs, CFOs, industry professionals, business executives, and students from other universities. ?
