Congratulations to BNY-based startup Amogy, who are currently pioneering scalable and sustainable ammonia-to-electric power technology, for their recent raising of $56 million in new venture financing. By "cracking" ammonia into its base elements of hydrogen and nitrogen, Amogy is able to use hydrogen to power large engines with zero carbon emissions, and has the potential to significantly reduce heavy industries' carbon emissions.
