Over the last few years, we have experienced changes in the way customers communicate with us, often preferring remote assistance to site visits and normally talking directly with their ASM or SE. The Sales Engineer role meets this need to be closer to our customers and affords us opportunities to develop skills within the team. ?? A key focus of the role is to engage with dormant customers to broaden our customer base, reduce churn rate and strengthen existing customer relationships. We set ourselves the target of increasing buying customers by 10% in 2024 and are on track to meet it. ?? Using platforms such as MS Teams allows us to efficiently support our customers more personally. We guide customers through instrument selection, troubleshoot challenges and host group discussions where we drill down to the nitty-gritty in providing world class solutions. We’re there with you from initial enquiry to setup support and beyond. ?? With over a decade of experience, Adam leads the team, supporting customers in North-West England and East Anglia. Tom joined Bronkhorst in 2018 and moved into the team in February 2023 supporting customers in the South-West of England and South Wales. Rebecca was promoted into the team in January to look after our Central England customers. In line with our common purpose, we assist each other wherever possible to boost #Bronkhorst’s position in the low flow fluidics handling technology market.
