Our valued customer and energy major located in SE Texas had identified a need to increase crude oil throughput in this operation critical metering station. As the incumbent meters were not large enough to manage the increased flow rates, new meters were identified as part of the project review. Brodie International, alongside a number of other flowmeter manufacturers were considered, with the end user choosing to install Brodie 12” BiRotor Plus meters, based on previous experiences of our best in class PD meters’ ability to produce stable measurement performance in applications which receives crude oils of varying qualities.
