Q4 2024 saw strong tenant demand in Bellevue CBD. Walmart leased 98,000 SF at Skyline Tower, Snap expanded by 38,730 SF at Midstation, and Symetra Center secured GE Vernova and Zoom after a $40M upgrade. Flexport signed the largest suburban lease at 90 North for 31,398 SF.
