The foundation is set! Construction is moving forward at the University Health Retama Hospital site.? Scheduled to open in 2027, the facility will offer emergency care, labor and delivery, NICU care, and more vital health services to Northeast San Antonio’s community.? This Veterans Day gave our leadership team multiple opportunities to express gratitude to the veteran community.?? At The University of Texas at Austin, officials held the annual wreath laying ceremony at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, to honor the service and sacrifice of UT veterans and their families. ?This year, they dedicated a new World War II memorial, naming former students who died while serving in that conflict.?Dr. James Broaddus was honored to attend the ceremony, having served on the UT veteran’s committee since 1999.? ? Meanwhile, Mike Monreal P.E., F. SAME spoke at Floresville High School’s Veterans Day ceremony, where their band and Air Force Junior ROTC performed a moving tribute in recognition of this important day. ??

Several of our team members recently represented Broaddus & Associates at the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA)’s CMAA2024 conference in San Francisco. The conference provided great insights from industry workshops and discussions, and we’re looking forward to bringing those lessons back to our projects.?
