It will be one of the largest Ashley locations in the world. “After months of analysis, we're launching an iconic Ashley Store & Outlet in Spokane’s prime retail corridor, transforming a former Macy’s into a stunning, three-story showroom,” said Charlie Malouf, Broad River Retail Chief Executive Officer. “This incredible space will feature a robust Ashley showroom, a dedicated Outlet, and an expansive Sleep Shop with more than 80 mattresses to choose from—all under one roof.” “Expanding into Spokane is an exciting milestone,” said Manny Rodrigues, President and Chief Operating Officer of Broad River Retail. “This vibrant city, with its rich cultural heritage and growing community, is the perfect place for Ashley, the number one name in home furnishings. We’re thrilled to provide career opportunities and help our guests create spaces where life’s best memories are made.” This location is the first of its kind—the only three-level store that features Ashley’s latest 7.0 store design! This store will also feature a sleep shop bigger than most mattress stores, offering twice the selection and a variety of premium brands! The Spokane Ashley Store and Outlet will be open by the end of the year.

Celebrating Our Top Writer of 2024 Jamar Wray hit a major milestone, selling $2 million in 2024. He’s only the fourth person in the company to reach this achievement, and it’s the fifth time in company history. Working out of our Ashley Store in Greenville, South Carolina, he was not only the top writer in volume but also the top sleep seller. Jamar’s success goes beyond 2024. He was our top writer in 2020. He credits the other top writers for motivating him to improve. His grit, determination, and ability to connect with guests are keys to his success. As Jamar says, “If you put the work in, you can do anything you want to do.” Jamar’s goal for 2025 is to hit $2 million again. We’re rooting for him!
