Brint Electric is looking to hire an experienced full-time commercial and industrial electrical Project Manager/Estimator. Should have a working knowledge of Accubid, Computer Ease, Adobe, Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook. Responsibilities: ·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ·        The ability to assemble bid packages. ·        Performs accurate take-offs. ·        Ability to meet customer deadlines. ·        Tracks, approves and negotiates all change orders in a timely manner. ·        Develop a project schedule for each project. ·        Effectively communicate with Superintendents, Project Foreman, and customers. Qualifications: ·        Excellent verbal and written communication. ·        Past experience with a proven track record. ·        Positive attitude and self-motivated ·        General knowledge of construction practices and methodologies. ·        Superior planning capabilities and a high level of organization. Additional Information: Compensation is based on experience. The position includes health insurance, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
