Housing is a vital pillar in the Purpose Built model. So it was a joy to celebrate with the team at AmplifyGR as they broke ground on the first phase of their housing initiative earlier this month. They are launching a transformative 57-unit mixed-income housing development in Grand Rapids, a key part of revitalizing the Boston Square neighborhood. This initiative will provide affordable housing, as well as retail space for local entrepreneurs, which will drive long-term community growth. Construction continues at Westhaven Park IID.
