Transforming challenges into solutions! ?? Brinkmann proudly delivers Heartland Logistics Park Building III - an impressive 854,000 SF industrial warehouse in Shawnee, KS spanning 47 acres, marking our third collaboration with Hunt Midwest and second project at Heartland Logistics Park. This massive structure features 530,000 SF of build-to-suit space for LKQ Corporation (the largest nationwide provider of alternative replacement automotive parts), complete with 20,000 SF of office space, and a specialized 12,000 SF hazardous material storage room. When faced with harsh weather and challenging soil conditions, our team never stopped pushing forward! We partnered with geotechnical specialists to develop custom solutions that kept tilt panel installation perfectly on track, despite challenging conditions. This dedication allowed the tenant's vendor to begin racking installation as planned, delivering this massive project right on schedule.?
