We’re excited to welcome Sarah Treadway to the Brinkman Construction Board of Directors! Sarah brings over 20 years of leadership experience in real estate and hospitality, including her current role as President and Co-CEO of Stout Street Hospitality. Sarah’s hands-on leadership and ability to balance financial success with a people-first approach make her a perfect fit for our board. She’ll be contributing her expertise to support our executive team, drive strategic growth, and enhance the value of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As a member of the Wyoming Construction Coalition and the Wyoming Young Contractors Coalition, we were honored to receive an invitation to Governor Gordon's signing of House Bill 0018. This bill will help bolster the career and technical education (CTE) funds that are used to provide necessary equipment and supplies for CTE programs. The national average for women working full-time jobs in construction is about 11% according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which puts Brinkman Construction's ~16.7% at nearly twice that.
