Almost two years ago, we had the honor of partnering with the Goldendale Area Chamber of Commerce and the Washington State Department of Commerce to host a marketing workshop aimed at helping small businesses thrive in a small, rural town. ?? The challenge: Goldendale’s business owners had limited time and resources for marketing, so they needed a hands-on workshop to develop their brand story and create an actionable marketing plan. Here’s a glimpse of what we created: ?? A 2.5-hour interactive marketing workshop ?? Custom workbook to help attendees craft their brand story ?? Small group sessions for feedback and brainstorming ?? When I moved to Bellingham 4 years ago, I was stuck in the home office, yearning for connection and collaboration with other people in my field.
