Brikym Games

One of our goals for this year has come to life! Late July, we had the opportunity to lead our first founder-led game development workshop, thanks to the Bellevue Passage Museum. As part of their 2024 STEAM Summer Camp, we hosted a full-day workshop for 15 talented young minds in Bellevue, Maryland. Throughout the day, these aspiring developers dove into creating their own top-down shooter games. They programmed players, enemies, fireballs, and scoring systems, each leaving with a functional game to show for their hard work. Thank you to everyone who checked out Echo's Awakening at the Senior Showcase last night!! We’re thrilled to have been part of this year’s HBCU Game Jam as judges! ?? Over 10 HBCUs participated, creating 24 games in just 24 hours.
