Going back to our roots: Former Cal Bear and Brightseed's co-founder Lee Chae, PhD earned his PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in Plant, Computational, and Genomic Biology. Lee trained at the bench in molecular biology and in computational quantitative methods, and was a founding member of the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences (QB3).
