Huge shoutout to one of the most special founders that I’ve had the great fortune to work with: Aishwarya Iyer and her company, Brightland! In our all-hands team meeting last week, I asked the Brightland team a simple question: "What does Brightland LOOK like to you?" When I founded the company, I had a specific vision of what I wanted our customers, community and eventually, team, to picture when they thought about the word "BRIGHTLAND." Over time, we've heard from folks the words they would use to describe Brightland: joyful, colorful, magical, charming, luxurious, elegant, elevated, aspirational, magnificant, transformative. I thought it can't get much better than that. And then my team described how they envision BRIGHTLAND as a place, and wow, I'm blown away! Shared some photos here ?? ??
