Recently, we integrated a new generative AI solution from Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance our award-winning customer support team. As part of this collaboration, we were an early adopter of Amazon Q for Business. We leveraged its capabilities to build a program to increase our customer team's efficiency and the quality of service they deliver. This was the first step in our approach to utilize AI to support our customers' needs, leading to the Brightcove AI Suite: a multi-faceted collection of AI-powered solutions designed to shape the future of video and engagement.
