Closed up masonry is getting opened up to Schuylkill River views I've only imagined on this project until now !!!!! Triple pane tilt-turn historic-approved windows are arriving next and the quality of natural light on this project is really coming together. No matter how many times i work on a Passivhaus deep energy retrofit project, it never gets old. Adaptive reuse combined with radical decarbonization is SO rewarding.
