Here's how we help...a compensation case study. Our client, a US-based manufacturing company, set the goal to overhaul their compensation strategy. Our senior compensation consultant was assigned to the project in a support role, deferring project leadership to an internal leader. They participated in project planning and task execution, which was roll-up-the-sleeves data gathering, analysis and reporting. This included drafting materials and tools to implement updated practices as well as drafting exec reports and presentations for the project leader to deliver to exec committees.
