By partnering with employers, career education programs, and community colleges, we ensure students graduate high school with a clear path to gainful employment and know the myriad of high-paying and in-demand careers that don’t require a college degree.

Through our partnership with OneGoal, ES3 provided students with hands-on, interactive sessions where they: ? Built and refined their resumes using AI tools ? Learned key workplace skills: pitch, pay, and professionalism ? Practiced mock interviews with Friedkin Group professionals ? Yesterday, over 200 education and workforce professionals gathered for the 5th Annual Postsecondary Pathways Conference—hosted by BridgeYear, Good Reason Houston, UpSkill Houston, and Texas Medical Center Innovation Factory. A huge thank you to our presenting sponsor, ConocoPhillips, our incredible event emcee, Dr. Paris Woods, Ed.D. of StriveTogether, and all the speakers and panelists who made the day so impactful.
