We had some fun times today 😊! Bridgewater Interiors and Adient's African Ancestry Business Resource Group teamed up to host an #inspiring event, "Empower, Educate, Elevate: The Future of Young Black Women." As part of our #BlackHistoryMonth celebrations, we were honored to have award-winning journalist and WDIV Local 4 News/ClickOnDetroit News Anchor, Rhonda Walker, as our featured guest speaker. Our VP of HR and Community Affairs, Carrie Elaine Tingle, led an engaging interview with Walker, discussing her impactful work and experiences. In recognition of her dedication to empowering young girls in the Metro Detroit community, we surprised Walker with a $10,000 donation to support the Rhonda Walker Foundation. This foundation has been instrumental in mentoring and uplifting inner-city teen girls, fostering personal development and academic success. We truly commend Walker as well as her team for their admirable social impact efforts, we look forward to continuing our support for initiatives that empower and elevate the next generation!

For this recent holiday, our Bridgewater Interiors #Lansing team surprised the Lansing, MI Police Department 🚔 with 37 delicious box lunches from McAlister's Deli – because #heroes deserve a great lunch break! 🍽️✨ We believe a little kindness goes a long way, and we’re always happy to show appreciation for those who keep our community safe every day.💙 #MoreThanSeats #goteam

❤️ Every year, Bridgewater Interiors proudly stands in solidarity on #NationalWearRedDay® to raise awareness about heart disease—one of the leading causes of death in America. Recently, our #Oxford, #Alabama team came together on this national awareness day to show their support for this critical cause, promoting heart health and wellness across our organization. Go Red for Women Month is a national movement dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke in women. Most of us don’t think twice about grabbing soap, deodorant, or a toothbrush from our bathroom cabinets. But for those experiencing homelessness, access to these basic necessities may be a daily challenge. Recently, Bridgewater Interiors – Detroit came together for a Toiletry Drive to support Noah at Central (formerly The Noah Project), an organization dedicated to advocating for and assisting individuals experiencing homelessness in Detroit. Thanks to the generous contributions of each of our team members, we collected a massive amount of essential items to help those in need. 💙 For more than eight years, Bridgewater Detroit has proudly partnered with Noah at Central, because we believe in their mission: to end homelessness. A simple donation may seem small, but to someone in need, it can mean the world.
