Bridgeline Exteriors proudly contributed to St. Therese Residence in Everett, MA, a senior housing development providing 77 affordable rental units for residents aged 62+ and a health center on the ground floor. Developed by The Neighborhood Developers, designed by The Architectural Team, and construction managed by Bald Hill Builders, LLC., the project also includes six three-bedroom townhomes for middle-income buyers, promoting mixed-income housing and long-term community investment. Bridgeline Exteriors played a key role in delivering high-quality, durable exteriors, ensuring both aesthetics and structural integrity while aligning with the project's affordability goals. Working closely with the project team, we implemented cost-effective, energy-efficient materials that support sustainability and reduce long-term maintenance costs. The development addresses the growing need for senior affordable housing in Everett, integrating health-focused amenities and setting a benchmark for future community-driven projects. Designed to meet Passive House standards, the redevelopment connects the historic Harper Furniture Building and Summer Street Fire Station with a new five-story residential building. The project delivers 44 mixed-income apartments and 8,400 square feet of commercial space, bringing much-needed affordable housing to the area. With a prime transit-oriented location, Moran Square offers easy access to the Fitchburg Intermodal Transportation Center just minutes from Fitchburg State University.
