Ashley has been active in the Multifamily Industry since 2004, originally starting with Equity Residential in Nashville, TN. She started in leasing and quickly moved into management roles. She has overseen the operations of various product types, asset classes, and sizes within a wide range of markets. She joined the Bridge Property Management team six years ago as a Regional Manager based in Nashville, TN overseeing the Tennessee, Illinois, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. She has been the recipient of several awards during her time with Bridge Property Management, including the Bridge Award. She has worked through many acquisitions, dispositions, and has helped with troubled assets within BPM. She has created a culture within her portfolio of accountability, excellence, and dedicated service. We are thrilled to celebrate her continued success and look forward to her contributions in her new role as Vice President! Congratulations Ashley!

We are excited to announce and congratulate Sarah Stewart on her recent promotion as our newest Regional Manager in the Orlando/Jacksonville Market in Florida! Sarah started in our industry in 2013 and joined Bridge Property Management in 2021. She was instrumental in our hotel conversion and lease up of Lenox Cove in Jacksonville, Florida. She originally joined Bridge Property Management in Vancouver, Washington in 2014 and later moved to Arizona to manage one of our new developments.
