We are excited to announce our continued expansion into mainland Europe with the appointment of Douglas van Oers MRE as Partner, Head of the Netherlands and the opening of our second office on the continent, in Amsterdam. Douglas joins us from Savills where he served as Co-head of Logistics and Industrial in the Netherlands. This strategic move, alongside the opening of our new Amsterdam office, marks another milestone in our European growth story, following the recent news of our new office in Paris. Charles Baigler, Bridge Industrial's Head of Europe, comments: “Douglas’ many years of on-the-ground experience and knowledge of the Netherlands warehouse and logistics market gives us the head start to rapidly secure development sites in core locations across the country, aligning with our strategy of operating in high barrier to entry markets with strong demand.”

This strategic financing package includes a $117M senior loan from Bank OZK and a $60M mezzanine loan from Invesco. ? Earlier this week we commemorated the groundbreaking of Bridge Point I-55 Commerce Center, in Romeoville, IL! Set for completion in summer 2025, this cutting-edge project will deliver two LEED Certified buildings totaling 292,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial space. The Class A complex will feature: ? 36' clear heights ? LED lighting ? Modern truck docks ? Solar panel-ready roof systems We seeking to significantly invest in the sustainable development and economic growth within the communities in which we operate, and this project in Romeoville will be no different. Part of our investment will include the construction of a public road and once delivered, this project will produce a positive economic impact by creating jobs for the local community. Excited to announce our Northeast team signed a lease for 148,611 square feet with Veho, a technology company that has become one of the largest delivery platforms in America. Veho has occupied all of Building 1 in the newly developed two-building Bridge Point Philadelphia campus. Notably, this is the first Class A lease executed in the market in over a year. The Bridge Point Philadelphia site was acquired by Bridge Industrial in March 2022. After extensive remediation and modernization, construction was completed in March 2024. The property features two industrial buildings totaling 890,312 square feet. Both buildings are LEED Gold certified. Building 2 spanning 741,701 square feet remains available for lease. Many students rely on school meals as their primary food source, Backpack Brigade ensures they have nutritious food to eat on weekends by providing bags of ready-to-eat items, including culturally-specific options for diverse communities. Through efficient teamwork and organization, our team packed over 1,000 food bags in just a few hours for immediate delivery to local schools.
