Our BREWS (Bridge Real Estate Women's Society) initiative recently embraced wellness through curated experiences designed to center and ground us as we navigate 2025. From our USA offices coast to coast, and extending to our European offices, each team created space for mindfulness and self-care. Teams engaged in various wellness activities including meditation classes, Pilates sessions, hydrotherapy, sound baths, and massage therapy. As a women-led initiative, BREWS continues to emphasize the importance of holistic well-being alongside professional development. By prioritizing mental health early in the year, we're fostering a culture that recognizes how personal wellness directly contributes to our collective success and empowerment. #BridgeIndustrial

Earlier this month, we celebrated the season of love with a Valentine’s-themed open house to mark the completion of Bridge Point Gratigny, a 409,000 SF facility located across?from?Opa Locka Executive Airport. This cutting-edge building offers: ? Speculative office spaces with Class A finishes ? Impressive 40' clear heights ? Flexible interior layouts Guests enjoyed delicious food,?great company,?and in?keeping with the theme,?created?custom flower bouquets from our on-site floral truck to take home to their significant others. To top it off, they also left with heart-shaped Lou Malnati’s pizzas, an ode to our Chicago roots, a sweet treat from Levain Bakery, and a bottle of Mo?t and Chandon. These curated events serve a crucial purpose beyond relationship-building. Bringing brokers on-site to physically walk through our newest state-of-the-art projects allows them to truly experience the impressive scale and quality of the development firsthand—something that photos or floor plans alone cannot simply convey. We can’t wait to see this amazing facility get fully leased! #BridgeIndustrial
